A full refund or replacement product will be provided for any products found to be faulty on arrival. If a product is delivered open or faulty a photo of the product must be taken immediately and emailed to info@healthyremedies within 48 hours to obtain a full refund or replacement. If a photo is not received within 48 hours a refund will be at the discretion of the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre.
Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre/HealthyRemedies.com.au does not take any responsibility for products damaged in transit unless shipping insurance has been purchased. If insurance has been purchased a photo of the damaged product must be taken immediately and emailed to info@healthyremedies within 48 hours to obtain a full refund or replacement. If a photo is not received within 48 hours a refund will be at the discretion of the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre.

Return freight and postage costs for faulty or opened items will be reimbursed to the purchaser of the faulty or opened item by the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre upon receipt of scanned freight/postage receipt.
Returns for reasons other than the item is faulty or opened such as change of mind will be at the purchaser’s expense. Returns in these situations do not warrant a full refund. Any refund is dependent upon the item being returned in a resalable condition within 30 days. Refunds are at the discretion of the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre. Where a refund is not given a credit note will be supplied. There is a $5.00 per item restocking fee on returned supplements and $20 for test kits.
