A full refund or replacement product will be provided for any products found to be faulty or damaged on arrival. If a product is delivered damaged, open or unusable a photo of the product must be taken immediately and emailed to info@healthyremedies within 48 hours to obtain a full refund or replacement. If a photo is not received within 48 hours a refund will be at the discretion of the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre. Return freight and postage costs for damaged, faulty or unusable items will be reimbursed to the purchaser of the damaged, faulty or unusable item by the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre upon receipt of scanned freight/postage receipt.
Returns for reasons other than the item is damaged, faulty or unusable such as change of mind will be at the purchaser’s expense. Returns in these situations do not warrant a full refund. Any refund is dependent upon the item being returned in a resalable condition. Refunds are at the discretion of the proprietors of Happy & Healthy Wellbeing Centre. Where a refund is not given a credit note will be supplied. There is a $5.00 restocking fee on returns.
